Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page (such as for made-to-order or commissioned artwork, which may require additional time). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days, while international orders may take longer due to customs processing. We take special care to package artwork securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. Any shipping charges, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please carefully check your shipping information at the time of purchase; we cannot be responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
