Refund policy

We want you to love the art you purchase from us, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any protective wrapping or certificates of authenticity, and you’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that artwork that has been displayed, exposed to sunlight, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or commissioned pieces, personalized items, digital art downloads, sale items, or gift cards. Exchanges can be made by returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order. For customers in the European Union, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval; if approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though banks and card providers may take longer to process.
